    3. Posture Correction - Proper alignment is necessary for preventing injuries and maximising the benefits of any asana. We discuss in detail the why and how of every posture to help you practice better. Frequency - Once a month.
  5. Self Practice - You will have access to an ever-expanding library of yoga and meditation classes to help you practice at any time of the day through any device. 
Styles and Levels of Yoga Practice 
We offer Yoga classes in three different styles – Vinyasa Flow, Akhada Style and Classical Hatha Yoga. And also, classes are broadly divided into two levels of difficulty (i) Gentle Yoga for health and healing and (ii) Intense Yoga for those who want to take up Yoga for vigour and fitness.
